APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Please read carefully before booking. These policies are in place to respect both your time and ours.
Appointment Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This fee goes toward your final service total
Booking fees are non-refundable
By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed all service information and policies

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled
Full appointment time is required to deliver the best results
If your appointment is canceled due to tardiness:
Your booking fee will be forfeited
A new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment without an additional cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment:
A 50% cancellation fee based on the service cost will apply
Your booking fee remains non-refundable
Rescheduling Policy
Each appointment may be rescheduled one (1) time.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment
After one reschedule, a new booking fee is required to secure another date
Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment is subject to the cancellation policy, including a 50% cancellation fee based on the service cost.
All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
No Guests Policy
For safety and to give you my full attention during your appointment, please arrive alone.
Permanent makeup requires a clean, controlled environment and my full concentration throughout the procedure. Keeping the appointment one-on-one allows me to focus completely on you and your results.
Guests, including children, are not permitted in the treatment area during appointments.
