APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Please read carefully before booking. These policies are in place to respect both your time and ours.

Appointment Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required to secure your appointment.

  • This fee goes toward your final service total

  • Booking fees are non-refundable

  • By booking, you confirm that you have reviewed all service information and policies

Rescheduling Policy

Each appointment may be rescheduled one (1) time only

  • After one reschedule, a new booking fee is required to secure another date

**Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments may be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled time without additional charges

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the service cost

Rescheduling within the cancellation window:

  • 48-72 hours before appointment:
    Your existing booking fee may be transferred to one new appointment date

  • Less than 48 hours before appointment:
    The booking fee is forfeited, and a new booking fee is required to reschedule

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled

  • Full appointment time is required to deliver the best results

If your appointment is canceled due to tardiness:

  • Your booking fee will be forfeited

  • A new booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment
